A slow-paced flow of specific poses adapted through stretch, flexibility, strength and toning to meet everyone’s needs and abilities. Each posture is held a little longer to focus on building strength and taking your time within your practice.

Whilst aligning your breath to your movements as guided by your teacher, you will improve your focus and bring yourself into the present moment before being guided through meditation in Savasana to clear your mind at the end of every practice.
