Online Vin-Yin Yoga
Join us for an online Vin to Yin class every week to stretch out your day and take some time for mental and physical reset.
This practice will commence with a Vinyasa flow for the first half to work on strength, balance, flexibility and toning before slowing down and finishing with a Yin practice.
Yin is a practice of yoga that takes deeper stretches that also increases mobility, flexibility and can release body pains such as lower back, hips and shoulders. Yin also give more space for meditative practice and mindfulness with postures being held supported for 3-5 minutes.
This practice will be sure to help release your body and mind with both movement and deep stretches.
This class is suitable for all abilities.
