A faster paced flow of specific poses adapted through stretch, flexibility, strength and toning to meet everyone’s needs and abilities. This flow will focus on quicker movement to build up more heat in the body, increase heart rate and improve focus. The aim of this practice is to fit easily in the middle of your day for a quick midweek win.
How can you Benefit from Power Half-Hour Yoga?
By practising Power yoga, you will build strength, flexibility and increase your range of motion. Whilst aligning your breath to your movements as guided by your teacher, you will improve your focus and bring yourself into the present moment before being guided through meditation in Savasana to clear your mind at the end of every practice.
