Teen’s Yoga (Aged 13-18)
A slow-paced flow of specific poses aiming to build up strength, balance and resilience in children. This class will be filled with fun yoga related games and give children the space to play in their practice.
All staff members have a DBS and experience working with children from all backgrounds.
How can your teen Benefit from Yoga?
By practising yoga, your child can benefit from building strength, improving their balance and increasing their resilience. This class will also help to improve socialisation skills and reduce stress in children.
