Chair Yoga with Daniella

Weekly Chair Yoga classes aimed at supporting all body types and abilities to access Yoga and a space for mindfulness and movement that builds strength and mobility. Wheelchair users welcome. The location has disabled parking, toilets and a lift with easy access in and out of the building. Class is adapted to all abilities.
