  • MovementYoga Master Internationally Qualified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Chair and Children's Yoga. Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor.
  • MindfulnessYears experience working in the mental health industry as well as training in mental health, mindfulness, meditation and Yoga Nidra.
  • Personal Development
    Alongside my other trainings, I am a qualified coach and hold both private sessions and group workshops, events and retreats to help you grow and strengthen.
